    Abstract: 本研究之主要目的,在於探討個人價值觀(個人主義與集體主義)及團隊賦權氣候對於個人知識分享之影響,以及團隊賦權氣候之干擾效果。本研究以資訊科技公司之團隊為調查對象,以問卷調查方式蒐集45個團隊,共179位團隊成員資料,透過階層線性模式進行分析。研究結果發現,團隊賦權氣候對於知識分享具有正向影響效果,而對於個人主義與知識分享之關係則具有干擾效果。
    The purpose of this study was to explore the influence of individual values (individualism and collectivism) and team empowerment climate on individual knowledge sharing, and the moderating effect of team empowerment climate. This study to collect data from 45 teams and 179 team members of three information technology firms and used hierarchical linear modeling to analyze the data. Results showed that team empowerment climate was positively related to individual knowledge sharing, and team empowerment climate moderated the relationship between individualism and knowledge sharing.
