知識經濟是未來創造生產力的焦點,而以網際網路為主的資訊科技提升獲取新知識的效率,因此「數位學習」已成為現在及未來的學習趨勢。 數位學習機構之經營成功需靠何種關鍵因素十分重要。認識這些因素不但可促進數位學習機構之營運,了解自身優勢並加以發揮,另一方面也可使利用此一管道學習之民眾受益,有助於知識傳播。 本研究採用層級分析法進行數位學習機構經營關鍵成功因素探討,研究結果顯示,數位學習機構經營關鍵成功因素中,「客戶服務構面」最為重要,而在「客戶服務構面」下,「學習者支援」因素最為重要。研究結果建議數位學習機構對於學習者所提出的問題,有效率且迅速的提供支援,可以讓課程更為順利的進行。 The knowledge-based economy focuses on productivity for the future, it is increasing the output of productivity for the society and the force behind it is driven by the scope of the knowledge is spreading throughout the Internet. The implementing of new technologies to the Internet makes all this possible. Therefore, “e-Learning ” has become the revolution of education for today and the future. For e-Learning organizations to become successful, it is very important for them to be able to identify the key to business success factors. By understanding the key, not only it can help them manage their institutions, realize their strength and use it to its full extend, but also give general public the opportunity to benefit from it. This contributes to the dissemination of knowledge. This study adopted Analytic Hierarchy Process for the research of critical success factors for the Internet Organization; The study shows among all the factors, the most important of all is “customer service component”. Under the scope of “customer service component”, the most critical element is “supportive service for the learners”. When e-Learning institutions can quickly and effectively respond to the needs of the learners, the entire learning process can go very smoothly.
