「機動」與「速度」是部隊作戰勝利的基本目標,而透過機動部署,快速的將後勤物資在正確的數量、時間、地點送達前線並支援作戰乃成為戰爭勝敗的關鍵。因此,國軍油料庫之物流配送服務品質是否滿足軍中部隊的需求?而國軍如何掌握物流配送服務品質並且有效提升後勤補給的效率,則觸發了本研究的主要動機。 本研究主要運用Kano二維品質模式,探討國軍油料庫物流配送服務品質特性。研究中首先推導出Kano二維品質屬性與品質改善模式之對應關係,之後透過整合Kano二維品質模式歸類結果及品質改善模式圖,並透過品質滿意度指標,找出國軍油料庫物流服務要素中可以增加滿意度的項目以及可以減少不滿意的項目,以提供給國軍油料庫做為改善物流配送服務品質的方針。 "Mobile" and "speed" are the basic objectives of military victory in battle. Through the mobile deployment, rapid logistical supply in supporting the front-line operations in the right quantity, time, and place has become the key of victory or defeat of the war. Therefore, whether the military fuel logistics meet the needs of military force and how the military control the logistics to enhance the logistical supply efficiently have motivated this study. This study used Kano’s two-dimensional quality model to explore the service quality of military fuel logistics. Firstly, we derived the corresponding relationship between the attributes and improvement of quality in Kano’s two-dimensional quality model then concluded the results and quality improvement model graph thru integrating the Kano model. Furthermore, through the index of quality satisfaction, we’ve found the elements in military logistics fuel library which can increase the satisfaction and reduce the dissatisfaction to provide military fuel library the directions to improve the logistical quality in the further.
