    Abstract: 本研究旨在探討導入ERP財會模組之關鍵因素、效益與台灣電子業公司基本資料間的差異關係。經由相關的文獻彙總與整理，再依據其理論基礎建立研究架構，並透過問卷調查方式，就其企業之基本規模別進行因素、信度分析、敘述性統計及變異數分析。經實證探究後，共萃取出「員工了解與認知程度」、「變革明確程度」、「組織策略與文化」、「資訊化與財力」四個導入ERP財會模組之關鍵成功因素與境內、境外組織在導入 ERP財會模組系統關鍵要素和效益上的顯著差異，以及台灣電子業的基本資料影響實施 ERP財會模組系統效益明顯的展現在帳務處理精確度與帳務處理速度構面上。提供國內企業在導入ERP財會模組系統規劃時之參考依據，以達到縮短摸索時程、減少不必要的資源浪費，架構企業更多的競爭優勢。
    The main purpose of this research is trying to find the relationship between the key success factors of ERP Financial Module implementation and the fundamental information of Taiwan electronic companies.
    The research is begun to set about from relevant reference, and then set up structure of this research according to its theoretical foundation. Through the questionnaires, basing on the company’s scale, several methods are used like the factor analysis, reliability, descriptive statistics and one way ANOVA.
    According to the result of this research, we conclude the suggestions as follows:
    1. We extract the 1.1 user consciousness and awareness.
    1.2 the revolution degree
    1.3 organization strategy and culture
    1.4 informational and financial capability
    from the key success factors of ERP financial module.
    2. The fundamental information of Taiwan electronic companies have signification effect on the financial process precision and financial process efficiency.
    3. The difference of the key success factors and benefit of ERP financial module implementation is remarkable between Taiwan and offshore organization.
