本研究主要在探討組織文化、知識移轉與創新能力之間的關聯,以半導體產業為研究母體,並以其中10家作為研究樣本,共計發放620份問卷,回收之有效問卷為406份。本研究透過線性結構化方程式模型將組織文化、知識移轉與創新能力的影響進行實證分析。 本研究結果發現組織文化對創新能力之影響中,官僚型文化對知識移轉具有顯著的負向關係,而創新型文化及支持型文化則對知識移轉具有顯著的正向關係。本研究結果亦發現組織文化會對創新能力產生影響,其中官僚型文化對創新能力具有顯著的負向關係,而創新型文化及支持型文化則對創新能力具有顯著的正向關係。且支持型文化本研究亦發現半導體產業上游、中游及下游對知識移轉的態度也有顯著差異。 This study mainly investigates the relationships among organizational culture, knowledge transfer and innovation capability. We choose 10 semiconductor companies as the sample in this study. 620 questionnaires were issued and 406 valid replies were received. This study is using structural equation model (SEM) to empirically explore the relationships among organizational culture, knowledge transfer, and innovation capability.
The research results indicate that the bureaucratic culture has significantly negative effect on knowledge transfer, and the innovative culture and supportive culture have significantly positive effect on knowledge transfer. The research results also indicate that organizational culture has effect on innovation capability. The bureaucratic culture has significantly negative effect on innovation capability, and the innovative culture and supportive culture have significantly positive effect on innovation capability. Besides, we find that supportive culture has a part of mediation effect on knowledge transfer in semiconductor industry.
