本研究目的在探討大台北地區簡餐業經營成功之關鍵要素；採用個案研究法、參與觀察法及問卷調查法 (以因素分析統計法為主)。研究者企圖比較個案觀點與問卷調查結果的差異性，並找出其共同點以作為業者經營之參考，本質上此論文為應用性之研究。 The purpose of this study aims to investigate the key successful factors of Light-Meal in Taipei Area. Research methods including case study, participant observation & questionnaire survey (based on the statistical method of factor analysis) are used by this study. The researcher attempts to compare the different study results of questionnaire survey and case study, and to identify their common grounds in order to serve as a reference for the management of restaurant industry.
