本研究目的在探討大台北地區簡餐業經營成功之關鍵要素;採用個案研究法、參與觀察法及問卷調查法 (以因素分析統計法為主)。研究者企圖比較個案觀點與問卷調查結果的差異性,並找出其共同點以作為業者經營之參考,本質上此論文為應用性之研究。 The purpose of this study aims to investigate the key successful factors of Light-Meal in Taipei Area. Research methods including case study, participant observation & questionnaire survey (based on the statistical method of factor analysis) are used by this study.
