| Abstract: | 本研究之臺灣產學合作知識管理系統，係規劃現行相關政府部會產學研究計畫之作業機制、申請資格、 補助條件、申請管道以及作業流程等法則知識建立法則庫；並將歷年獲補助情形及專利技轉等資訊建置結案報告及專利產出、獲補助計畫之成果等建置為知識庫，提供使用者知識檢索及再利用。因不同部會之間受限於經費編列方式、資源資訊系統整合不易，在相關產學合作計畫之申請、審查、核定、結案、研究成果管理之各項作業機制上，並未見整合之規劃，以致政府投入資源無法集中並達到最有效之運用。於此，規劃臺灣產學合作知識管理系統、並規劃可供政府建議方案，使得產、學、研各界，得以更加有效運用政府資源投入之後的產學合作成果，提振以知識為基的核心競爭力。本研究以專家訪談的方式，將產官學等三方不同的系統使用者，在進行產學合作相關活動的不同階段的關鍵成功因素發展完成，並規劃產學合作知識管理系統之內容與架構，結合知識管理的流程而成完整之系統規劃，以提供系統使用者決策之參照。

Because between the different meeting arranges in order the way, the resources information system conformity limited to the funds not to be easy, in produces study application, the examination, the checking the corporate plan, to settle a lawsuit related, the research results management in each work mechanism, has not seen plan of the conformity, so that the government invests the resources to be unable to concentrate and to achieve the most effective utilization. In this, plans Taiwan to produce study the cooperation knowledge management system, and plans may supply the government to suggest the plan, causes to produce, to study, grinds from all walks of life, after can the more effective utilization government resources investment produce study the cooperative effort, inspires take the knowledge as base''s core competitiveness. This research by the expert interview''s way, will produce the official study and so on tripartite different system user, is carrying on produces study the cooperation related activity different period key success factor development to complete, and plans produces study content and the construction the cooperation knowledge management system, the union knowledge management flow becomes the complete system planning, provides reference of the system user decision-making. |
