    摘要: 本研究乃以一般民眾為研究對象來探討消費者對執行資源回收之動機,會影響資源回收體系滿意程度與再回收意願之分析,二十一世紀全球發燒的環保議題,企業面對綠色壓力的重要性與日劇增,這方面的課題逐漸被探討與重視,然而綜觀其相關文獻,發覺從消費者角度出發觀察資源回收業者之整合性的著墨並不多見,應為值得探討之研究課題,並經由本研究有以下之重要發現:其一為不同的回收動機構面對不同資源回收體系之滿意度有部份顯著影響,其中習慣性與政策性動機幾乎對回收體系的所有滿意度有影響,環保性動機與利他性動機,並無顯著影響。其二為不同資源回收體系滿意度對再回收意願有部份顯著影響,其中服務滿意度對再回收意願有影響,流程、報酬與資訊滿意度沒有顯著影響。其三為不同回收動機對再回收意願有部份顯著影響,利他性與政策性動機對再回收意願有影響,習慣性與環保性動機則無顯著影響。由此可知,本文提供回收業者可從消費者層面來改善自家的回收廠,主要兩個動機讓受訪者影響回收體系之滿意度,直接反應給回收業者知道,補足其他不足的因素急需改善的缺點。
    This research is to study the general public to discuss the implementation of recycling of consumer motivation, resources recycling system will affect the level of satisfaction with the intention of recycling the twenty-first century global fever of environmental issues, companies face the pressure of green -increasing importance, this subject matter and the importance of gradually, but the overview of the related literature and found that observed from the consumer point of view of the recycling industry integrated fleshed rare, should be worthy of study subjects and through this study, key findings of the following: first, the recovery action for the different agencies face different resource recycling system of satisfaction Bufen significant impact, including custom and policy has motivated almost all of the recycling system satisfaction impact, environmental protection motivation and altruistic motivation, not significant. Second, different resource recycling system for the satisfaction of some of the recycling will significantly impact service satisfaction which will impact on recycling, processes, rewards and information satisfaction, not significant. The third motivation for the different recycling collection will have some significant impact, altruistic motives and policy will impact on recycling, habitual sexual motive and there was no significant environmental impact. From this, the paper recycling industry can provide the consumer level to improve their own recycling plant, the main impact of the two motives for the respondents satisfaction with recycling systems, direct response to the recycling industry that make up the shortage of other factors need to improve shortcomings.
