    Abstract: 本論文合成一系列尿素酶模型鎳(II)錯合物且性質由X-ray單晶繞射儀、UV-Vis光譜、紅外線光譜、元素分析儀及酵素免疫分析法來分析。
    尿素酶模型鎳(II)錯合物:
    (1) [Ni3(HL1)2(u-1,3CH3CO2)2(Urea)2](CH3OH)2
    (2) [Ni3(HL2)2(u-1,3HCO2)2(DMF)2](DMF)
    (3) [Ni3(HL3)2(u-1,3HCO2)2(DMF)2]
    (4) [Ni3(HL4)2(u-1,3CH3CO2)2(DMF)2]
    H3L1: 1,3-bis(salicylideneamino)-2-propanol)
    H3L2: 1,3-bis(5-Br-salicylideneamino)-2-propanol)
    H2L3: 1,3-bis(5-Br-salicylideneamino)
    H2L4: 1,3-bis(5-Cl-salicylideneamino)
    加入尿素與尿素酶模型鎳(II)錯合物反應,可藉由UV-Vis光譜測量來了解此錯合物是否具有反應活性,再以酵素免疫分析法來分析其抑制性並計算其IC50,並藉由SQUID變溫磁化率的測定,了解鎳與鎳之間配位立體結構與磁
    性行為的關聯性。
    A seiries u-phenoxo/u-carboxylato-bridged trinuclear nickel(II) complexes as functional model compounds were synthesized and characterized by X-ray single crystal diffraction, UV-Vis spectroscopy, element analyzer, and Enzyme-linked immunosorbant assay.

    Urease model nickel(II) complexes :
    (1) [Ni3(HL1)2(u-1,3CH3CO2)2(Urea)2](CH3OH)2
    (2) [Ni3(HL2)2(u-1,3HCO2)2(DMF)2](DMF)
    (3) [Ni3(HL3)2(u-1,3HCO2)2(DMF)2]
    (4) [Ni3(HL4)2(u-1,3CH3CO2)2(DMF)2]

    These complexes have been characterized by IR spectroscopy, elemental analysis. Addition urea of reaction with nickel(II) complexes by UV-Vis spectroscopy,
    we can understand the trinuclear nickel(II) complexes whether have urease activity. Use the Enzyme-linked immunosorbant assay, we can understand the trinuclear nickel(II) complexes whether have urease inhibitory. Magnetic susceptibilities were measured to understand magnetic behavior of these complexes.
