    Title: 添加抑制劑電聚合苯胺增加碳鋼的抗腐蝕研究

    Abstract: 本研究主要是在電聚合聚苯胺的電解液中添加不同種類的抑制劑,目的在抑制基材鐵片(SAE1018)被酸性的電解液侵蝕,並且增加電聚合聚苯胺的附著力。以0.20 M磷酸催化0.15 M苯胺,電聚合4 h可降低腐蝕速率從0.39 mm/year至0.34 mm/year。在 pH值3.0的緩衝液中電聚合聚苯胺3 h,可提升附著力從2B (15-35%脫落面積)至3B (5-15%)。在相同的緩衝液中添加腐蝕抑制劑如:硝酸鈉、鉬酸鈉、鎢酸鈉、草酸鈉或乙二胺四乙酸(H4EDTA),並電聚合聚苯胺1 h。由電化學測量結果看來前三者較好的添加濃度為1.0 × 10-3 M;後兩者較好的添加濃度為5.0 × 10-3 M。鉬酸鈉與 H4EDTA的 Tafel測試有較低腐蝕速率(0.22 mm/year);EIS測試有較高阻抗(322 ohm);;鹽霧測試時間可達7 h。5種抑制劑的優劣順序為鉬酸鈉 > H4EDTA > 鎢酸鈉 > 草酸鈉 > 硝酸鈉。附著力測試中,添加硝酸鈉、鉬酸鈉與鎢酸鈉可以提升聚苯胺對鐵片基材的附著力至4B。綜合上述,鉬酸鈉有最佳腐蝕抑制效果。
    In this research, several inhibotors were added into the solution during the electropolymerization of aniline in order to suppress the corrosion rate and increase the adhesion of polyaniline on the substrate (SAE1018). Catalyzing 0.15 M aniline by 0.20 M phosphoric acid and electropolymerization for 4 h, polyaniline decreases the corrosion rate of the substrate from 0.39 mm/year to 0.34 mm/year. On the other hand, electropolymerization of aniline for 3 h in a pH 3.0 buffer solusion, the adhesion of the polyaniline on the substrate increases from 2B (15-35% area removing) to 3B (5-15%). Sodium nitrate, sodium molybdate, sodium tungstate, sodium oxalic acid, or ethylenediaminetetraacetic acid (H4EDTA) is added as corrosion inhibitors to a pH 3.0 buffer solution and electropolymerization for 1 h, the best inhibitor concentration found is 1.0 × 10-3 M for the former three; and for the latter two, they are 5.0 × 10-3 M by the electrochemical test. Sodium molybdate and H4EDTA have a lower corrosion rate (0.22 mm/year) found by the Tafel plot; a higher resistance (322 ohm)by the EIS (electrochemical impedance spectroscopy) measurement; and the salt spray test (SST) reaches to 7 h. The decreasing order of the inhibitors on the corrosion rate is: sodium molybdate > H4EDTA > sodium tungstate > sodium oxalic acid > sodium nitrate. In the adhesion test, adding sodium nitrate, sodium molybdate, or sodium tungstate the adhesion of polyaniline on the substrate increases to 4B (5%). In conclusion, sodium molybdate is the best corrosion inhibitor among them.
