本實驗是主要以合成自行架橋型支硫化聚胺酯(Polythiourethane)對重金屬的嵌合為主要目的,以雙官能基的環氧樹脂(DGEBA)為主體,利用末端的環氧基(Epoxy)和二硫化碳(Carbon disulfide)進行開環反應,使末端形成含硫之五雜環結構(Thiocarbonate),再以雙官能基胺類(Jeffamine D-2000 & PDMS )進行鏈延長,使側邊懸掛硫醇基(-SH),利用硫醇基的氧化作用而形成硫-硫鍵(S-S bonds)自行架橋系統,形成具有硫化聚胺酯的高分子,進而探討形成薄膜,或使用不同基材曾加其表面積對於不同重金屬的螯合效果,另外對於重金屬水溶液的pH值、溫度、濃度、吸附模式與螯合金屬的多寡和酸洗後再利用做更進一步的探討。 In this reaserch, a cross self-curing system of polythiourethane chelation to heavy metal and application were the main target. The five-membered dithiocarbonate was obtained from the epoxy-rings ( DGEBA &PDMS) which reated with carbon disulfide ( CS2 ) . Furthermore, the five-membered dithiocarbonate and tri-functional five-membered dithiocarbonate reacted with diamines ( Jeffamine D-2000 ) to give the products, poly(thiol-thiourethanes), and the S-S bonds produced by the auto-oxidation of pendant thiol group. We use difference substrate make surface area bigger and change the temperature, pH , and concentration, It can be concluded that it has chelation to heavy metal ions and solidifies the heavy metal effectively.
