    摘要: 本論文以Schiff base方式合成四種配位基L1~L4，以不同架橋基合成銅(II)錯合物，討論其化學結構、磁性行為與兒茶酚酶 (Catecholase) 催化活性之關係。內容分成二部分，第一部分是銅(II)錯合物之合成與磁性行為。第二部分是兒茶酚酶(Catecholase)催化活性之探討。
    四個錯合物(1)~(4)分別為:
    (1)[Cu2(L1)-(μ-O)]．3H2O
    (2)[(CuL2)3-(μ3-OH)](ClO4)2．H2O
    (3)[Cu(L3)(CTZ)]2
    (4)[Cu2(L4)4(K)]．2H2O
    L1: 2-(2-Hydroxyphenyl)-1,3-bis[2-(2-aminoethyl)imidazolidin-2-yl)phenoxy)acetic acid]imidazolidine
    L2: (Z)-4-(2-(ethylamino)ethylamino)pent-3-en-2-one
    L3: 2-((E)-(2-(dimethylamino)ethylimino)methyl)phenol
    L4: 2-((E)-(2-(dimethylamino)ethylimino)methyl)-6-methoxyphenol

    銅(II)錯合物其性質由X-ray單晶繞射儀、紅外線光譜、元素分析儀來了解銅與銅之間配位立體結構與磁性行為的關聯性，並在UV-Vis光譜來觀察其特定吸收，探討其化學結構和Cu-Cu之間距離對兒茶酚酶(Catecholase)催化活性的影響。
    The present paper discussion binuclear copper(II) complexs containing chemical constitution, magnetic behavior and relations of The reactive activies of catecholase-like. The content divides into two parts.

    Part I: binuclear copper (II) complexs synthesis and the magnetic behavior.
    Part II: The reactive activies of catecholase-like.

    L3: 2-((E)-(2-(dimethylamino)ethylimino)methyl)phenol
    L4: 2-((E)-(2-(dimethylamino)ethylimino)methyl)-6-methoxyphenol

    copper (II) complexs thing its nature by the single-crystal X-ray diffraction , the infrared spectra, and the element analyzer to understand that between the Cu-Cu coordinate spatial structure and the magnetic behavior''s relatedness, and observes its specific absorption in the UV-Vis spectra, discusses between its chemical constitution and Cu-Cu is away from to the catecholase catalytic activity influence.
