摘要: | 本論文合成一系列尿素酶模型鎳(II)錯合物且性質由X-ray單晶繞射儀、紅外線光譜、元素分析儀及酵素免疫分析法來分析。 尿素酶模型鎳(II)錯合物: (1) [Ni4(L1)4(H2O)4](DMF)3 (2) [Ni(2,6-pdca)2Ni(H2O)5](H2O)2 (3) [Ni(2,6-pdca)2Na2(H2O)5]n (4) [Ni(μ1,5-dca)2(DMF)2]n H2L1 : 2-(3-methoxy-salicylideneamino)-benzyl-alcohol 2,6-pdca : 2,6-pyridinedicarboxylic acid dca : sodium dicyanoamide 其中錯合物1, 2, 3和4分別為四核、雙核、二維及一維結構。加入尿素、尿素酶與尿素酶模型鎳(II)錯合物反應,可藉由酵素免疫分析法來分析其抑制性,進而計算其IC50,並藉由SQUID變溫磁化率的測定,了解鎳與鎳之間配位立體結構與磁性行為的關聯性。 A seiries nickel(II) complexes as functional model compounds were synthesized and characterized by X-ray single crystal diffraction, Infrared spectroscopy, element analyzer, and enzyme-linked immunosorbant assay.

There are found that complexes 1, 2, 3 and 4 are trteanuclear, dinuclear, 2-D and 1-D network structures, respectively. Use the enzyme-linked immunosorbant assay, we can understand the nickel(II) complexes whether have urease inhibitory. Magnetic susceptibilities were measured to understand magnetic behavior of these complexes. |
