    Abstract: 過去的研究指出3,3''-二吲哚甲烷具有抗癌的效果。本實驗分析3,3''-二吲哚甲烷在不同HER2及p53蛋白質含量的卵巢癌細胞之抗細胞增生效果。這個研究發現,3,3''-二吲哚甲烷可能透過延滯細胞週期造成抑制卵巢癌細胞的生長。3,3''-二吲哚甲烷透過改變Cyclin dependent kinases inhibitors (p21, and/or p27)的蛋白質含量,抑制了MDAH-2774、SKOV-3及TOV-21G的增生。總結,這研究發現3,3''-二吲哚甲烷可能具有發展成化學預防和治療卵巢癌劑的能力。
    3,3''-Diindolylmethane (DIM) has been reported to exhibit anti-tumor activities. Here I had examined the anti-proliferating effects of 3,3''-diindolylmethane on different HER2 and p53 protein levels of ovarian cancer cell lines. This study found that 3,3''-diindolylmethane inhibit ovarian cancer cells growth may via cycle arrest. Inhibition of MDAH-2774, SKOV-3 and TOV-21G ovarian cells proliferation by DIM depends on changes in Cyclin dependent kinases inhibitors (p21, and/or p27). In summary, these findings suggest that DIM may be a potential chemopreventive and therapeutic agent for ovarian cancer.
