本論文主要目的在研究以鹼土金屬鈣、鍶摻雜到BaCo0.9Ni0.1S2系統中,以鈣、鍶原子取代鋇原子,觀察摻雜後新化合物的電性、磁性、X-ray繞射圖以及X-光吸收光譜上的變化。
鈣、鍶金屬的摻雜量分別為0.05莫耳、0.1莫耳、0.2莫耳、0.3莫耳,經由探討所得到的數據,BaCo0.9Ni0.1S2系統電性上的相轉變與摻雜量相關,當摻雜量越大時候電性的相轉變變化會慢慢變小,鈣摻雜量超過0.5莫耳時化合物會呈現金屬性,鍶摻雜量超過0.2莫耳時化合物會呈現金屬性。 The main object of this research is to study the alkali atoms calcium /strontium doped in
the BaCo0.9Ni0.1S2 compound in substitution for Ba. The electric and magnetic properties
of the doped sample were measured. Its corresponding X-ray diffraction pattern and X-ray
absorption spectroscopy were analysed.
In both of the resistivity and magnetization measurements the phase transition of the
compound was gradually suppressed as the dopant concentration was increased. And the
compound undergoes a smooth transition to a metallic one as either the calcium content
exceeded 0.3 mole or the strontium content exceeded 0.2 mole.
