    Abstract: 此論文是利用X光吸收光譜近邊緣結構(XANES)對FeXPd1-X (0.25~X~0.75)合金薄膜分別成長在MgO(100)與SrTiO3(100) 基板上的數據分析,在Fe K-edge吸收譜圖中,發現當Fe的濃度增加時,樣品的結構將有所改變。藉由Fe L2,3-edge和Pd L3-edge兩者的吸收譜圖中觀察到Fe與Pd之間會有電子轉移的現象,因此我們利用磁圓偏振二向性(MCD)測量出Fe的磁性,得知Fe濃度越大有效磁矩越小,造成樣品中Fe磁性越小。整體樣品中Fe的磁性影響力比Pd來的大,所以當Fe濃度增加,整體樣品的磁性也隨之便大。在Fe L3-edge的半高寬圖中得知在濃度最小的Fe0.25Pd0.75與基板MgO(100)和SrTiO3(100)的匹配度最高。
    We have performed x-ray absorption spectroscopy (XAS) measurements on two series of FeXPd1-X (0.25~X~0.75) alloy thin films, which are grown on MgO (100) and SrTiO3 (100) substrates. Systematic variations of the spectral shapes with the Fe/Pd ratio are observed in Fe L2,3-edge XAS spectra for thin films grown on all two substrates. Fe K-edge spectra indicate that the absorption threshold is not affected by the relative concentration of the two elements. The spectral shapes also vary systematically with the Fe/Pd ratio. In Fe L2,3-edge, the spectral shape changes in the films on MgO (100) and SrTiO3 (100) substrates are presumably due to the charge transfer between Fe 3d and Pd 4d states. When concentration of Fe increases, the phenomenon of the charge transfer is more obvious. The Fe L2,3-edge magnetic circular dichroism (MCD) spectra results indicate that magnetic moment of Fe ions decreases as Fe concentration increases, the outcome is different from the common cognition. The full width at half maximum (FWHM) of Fe L3-edge indicate Fe0.25Pd0.75 grown on MgO (100) and SrTiO3 (100) substrates lattice miss-match is smallest.
