摘要:	國際貿易在各個國家都佔有一定的重要性，此時，貨物運輸管理的過程就扮演著相當重要的角色。在貨物運輸的過程中，會遭遇各種不同的危險，若沒有實行良好的危險管理對策將會造成船上/陸上貨物的毀損，甚至造成運輸工具或人員的損壞和傷亡。本文先分析貨物運輸過程中的危險，再針對造成貨物損害的幾個重要因素來作探討，也就是貨物的包裝、標示、裝填技術以及貨櫃的檢查，以及在損失發生後的彌補措施-運輸危險與其保險的關係。因此，貨物在運輸的過程中，雖然會遭遇不同的危險，但我們可藉由事前的預防與維護使貨物損失降至最低或使其不發生，也可利用運輸保險來使損害降低。此時，如何規劃和實行貨物運輸危險的管理對策即是當務之急。 International trade is always important in each country, at this time, it plays an important role. Cargo transportation could encounter every kind of risk during the process of cargo transportation, if we don’t implement a good risk management strategy, it would cause the cargo damage from ships or inland cars, even making damage, injured and dead from conveyance or people. First, this article analyze the risk of cargo transportation, second, it also point out some important factors from cargo damage, that means packing of cargo、marking、loading、checking of the container and the recover measures-the relation between transport risk and cargo insurance. Although it would encounter every kind of risk during the process of cargo transportation, we could lower or avoid the damage from cargo by preventing and maintaining, and lower losses by cargo insurance. So, how to plan and implement the risk management strategy of cargo transportation is the most important thing.
