    Abstract: 本研究是以目前臺灣地區金融控股公司的發展情況,來探索其企業競爭策略形成對購併商業銀行之研究,目的是希望透過M金控公司的使命陳述,進行其內部環境、產業環境及總體環境要素評估,歸納出策略形成之重要相關因素,據此用以制訂M金控公司之競爭策略,並希望藉此能提供金融控股公司內部決策人員作為策略規劃參考。本研究採取探索性的個案研究法,透過國內、外相關文獻探討和次級資料的蒐集,經由本研究之探討,歸納結論如下:
    一、企業在本身的使命陳述下,依其內部環境、產業環境及總體環境評估要素為其競爭策略形成之重要考量。就M金控公司而言,目前產業環境其為臺灣地區零售金融業務前三大業者,更兼內部財力與人才資源充足情況下,應善用目前總體環境有利因素積極向外尋求購併商業銀行。
    二、在M金控公司之使命陳述下,評估其內部環境、產業環境與總體環境並歸納出競爭策略形成要素及執行。將有助於M金控公司運用三大環境各要素,綜合考量其策略形成,並據以執行用以達成目標。
    三、綜合內部環境、產業環境及總體環境的評估後所產生之策略形成,有賴執行人員依策略執行以達成預定之經營目標。執行面上的重點則是需找尋能增益M金控公司零售金融業務之商業銀行合宜標的,藉以提升M金控未來能取得「零售金融市佔第一」之地位。
    This study is currently in Taiwan''s development of the financial holding company, applied to explore the competitive strategies of their companies to form a merger of commercial banks, in the hope to M financial holding company''s mission statement to conduct its internal environment, industrial environment and macro environment factors assessment, summarized the formation of important strategic factors, according to the formulation of M financial holding company competitive strategy, and would like to provide financial holding companies, strategic planning, decision-makers as reference. This study is exploratory case study method, through domestic and foreign related literature and secondary data collection, through the exploration of this study, summarized the following findings:
    1.Enterprises in their mission statement, depending on their internal environment, industry environment and macro environment evaluation factor as the formation of their key competitive strategy. M financial holding company, the current industrial environment in Taiwan its top three retail financial services industry, in itself, sufficient financial and human resources situation, should make use of favorable factors for the current macro environment to actively acquired commercial banks.
    2.M financial holding company in the mission statement, the assessment of its internal environment, industrial environment and macro environment and to sum up the formation of elements of competitive strategy and execution. M financial holding company will contribute to the use of three environmental elements, integrated test strategy due to its formation, and executed accordingly to achieve their objectives.
    3.Using the internal environment, industrial environment and macro environment of assessment strategies arising form the need to execute according to strategy to achieve the desired business objectives. To strengthen the M financial holding company to buy the company itself the object of the retail financial services, so that they can reach the future, "the first retail financial services market share" of the target.
