台灣中小企業林立,隨著國際化趨勢,投入綠色產品的企業也越來越多。本研究以價值鏈的觀點,探討組織內部主要活動及輔助活動與其推動綠色產品建立組織能力之間的關係,試圖找出台灣中小企業獨有的「綠色組織能力」。 本研究以價值鏈的主要活動及輔助活動為分析架構,分別深入訪談台灣三家中小企業廠商,得到以下發現與命題推論: (1)企業需先投資原物料及零組件綠色分離的加工及檢驗儀器,才能確保擁有實質完整的綠色製程;(2)取得書面認證只是企業面對綠色產品需求時的必要條件,為了提供更完整的綠色產品,企業應增加全檢或抽樣檢驗的作業流程;(3)台灣中小企業應繼續且更用心經營供應商網絡,以使其應變市場綠色產品需求的速度更快,範圍更廣;(4)充份投資及授權研發/設計部門主導綠色創新,以增進差異化競爭優勢。 保護地球生態是大家的責任,台灣中小企業雖已有這樣的環保共識,但其投入的速度及積極度,相較於近來地球頻繁的反撲活動及其他先進國家所做的努力,仍顯不足,且太過被動。因此,企業需提昇其自身的綠色組織能力,方能真正建立差異化的競爭優勢,立於不敗之地。 Due to global trend, there are more and more small / medium size enterprises in Taiwan which devote themselves in “Green Products”. In this study, we try to find out how the small / medium enterprises in Taiwan build organizational capability on green products by using “value chain” as the analysis model. After interviewing three enterprises, we found: (1) To have complete and real green products, enterprises should invest in related testing and manufacturing equipments. (2) To have complete green products, it’s prerequisite to get green certificates while it’s a must to pass tests of sampling or final products. (3) Enterprises should maintain current stable supplier networks well to keep competitive in the market. (4) Full investment and authorization to R&D Dept. in leading development of green products makes enterprises more competitive than opponents. Earth is so unique that we should be more active in all environmental protection activities as its our responsibility.
