本研究係希望運用五力分析、PEST 分析及SWOT 分析,檢視該公司的動態經營策略。透過PEST 分析總體經濟環境,並藉由麥可•波特(Michael E. Poter)教授的五力分析,輔以及SWOT 分析,深入觀察該個案公司之經營策略邏輯,並藉此了解在快速變化的環境中,如何採行策略作為,建立該公司核心價值能力,積極回應環境需求及客戶需求,以持續地建構長期的競爭優勢,做為往後國內其他投信公司發展的參考此觀點。 The Financial Supervisory Commission of Taiwan, R.O.C. promulgated the Regulations Governing Securities Investment Trust Enterprises in year 1983 and opened up the establishment of securities investment trust enterprises (hereinafter referred to as “SITE”). C Investment Trust Co., Ltd. obtained its approved from the Ministry of Finance, together with another ten SITEs, at the early stage. The Company was found in year 1992. As of today, the assets under management account for NT$10.5 billion, ranked number six in Taiwan fund management industry.
The purpose of this research is to analyze the Company’s management strategies using Porter’s Five Forces analysis, PEST analysis and SWOT analysis mechanisms. That is, to conduct an in-depth analysis on how the Company establishes its core value, as well as developing strategic plans and implementing relevant actions in order to react to this fast changing business environment. With the clearly identified core value, the Company builds up its long-term competitive advantages to aggressively responding to the business environment and customers’ requests. The business management logic of the Company can be used as reference by other domestic securities investment trust companies.
