    Abstract: 本文在探討在以iPhone引導智慧型手機潮流的Apple以及網路巨人Google陣營的Android智慧型手機平台的競合策略探討。
    具先進者產業優勢的Apple選擇自有的封閉平台;深具網際網路優勢與軟體開發能力的Google選擇開放聯盟平台;基於什麼樣的競爭策略考量Apple仍然將最大競爭對手的Google的相關網路服務預設在其平台上,而Google也持續提供更新的服務給予iPhone的使用者,本文將探究其企業的競爭與合作考量。
    兩者平台之間的競爭策略與本身企業獲利價值的對於智慧型平台發展關鍵甚巨的行動應用軟體的發展將會對行動通訊產業產生什麼樣的發展與影響。
    The article reveals what and why making APPLE & GOOGLE decide their
    smartphone platform to be open or closed. APPLE leads the trend of Mobile
    Computing by means of iPhone at 2007. Therefore, the reason why it still
    cooperates with Google at Mobile Computing is because APPLE owns First-Move advantage. What is the impact on Mobile-Application software development between Google''s & Apple''s open and closed strategy.
