    摘要: 本研究主要探討「兩岸航空貨運」發展,針對兩岸貨物運輸現況及產業發展進行研究,藉由資料的蒐集與分析,列出SWOT分析表,並研擬發展策略。本研究結果顯示,兩岸直航有助於我國航空貨運發展,不僅可以節省往來兩岸運輸時間及成本,我國企業亦可以降低佈局兩岸的經營成本,建立更有效的分工模式,提升國際競爭力。隨著兩岸關係的逐漸解凍,經貿往來密切,開啟了兩岸直航的新紀元,兩岸應再積極建立雙方同意、可長可久的互動架構,促使兩岸航空貨運產業能更進一步的發展,達到雙方互惠雙贏的兩岸關係。
    The focus of this study is to research the historical development of the air cargo business, examine the current state of the industry, and study the impact on related industries. This study will source a variety of information and resources to create an in-depth SWOT Analysis to research the strategy. The result of this study indicates that direct air cargo is advantageous to Taiwan. Direct air cargo can reduce shipping time and cost, and even benefit many corporations outside of the air cargo industry. Furthermore, direct air cargo promotes the concept of Specialization & Trade, which bring forth further competitive advantage for Taiwan. As the relationship between Taiwan and China improves, economic tie has been the strongest in history. Taiwan and China should reach a mutual agreement as well as a sustainable mechanism for cross-strait direct flight, resulting in a win-win situation.
