    摘要: 本文建構一個內生成長模型，從長期經濟成長與福利的角度，討論政府的最適修繕。本文發現最適修繕與公共資本佔私人資本比例和修繕對資本折舊強度呈正向相關；而與私人生產技術和生產外部性呈負向相關。
    This paper studies the optimal government maintenance from the perspective of long-run growth and welfare in an endogenous growth model. We find that optimal government maintenance correlates negatively with the productivity of public investment and private productivity coefficient, but positively with the ratio of public capital to private capital and the strength of government maintenance on capital depreciation.
