    摘要: 本研究旨在探討高級中等學校軍訓教官終身學習參與動機與阻礙因素,採用問卷調查法為主要的研究方法,依據預試結果編製「我國高級中等學校軍訓教官終身學習參與動機與阻礙因素之研究調查問卷」。研究對象為2009-2010學年度教育部所屬高級中等學校軍訓教官2642位,以隨機抽樣方式,抽取兩成的軍訓教官528位作為樣本,共寄發問卷528份,回收問卷523份,回收率達99%,有效問卷518份,可用率為98%。資料處理部分以SPSS for Windows 12.0中文套裝軟體為資料分析工具,採用t考驗、平均數、標準差、單因子變異數分析、Scheffé多重事後比較等方法進行問卷統計分析。
    根據研究結果,歸納出以下結論:
    一、高級中等學校軍訓教官終身學習參與動機方面屬中等程度,其中以求知興趣最高,外界期望最低。
    二、高級中等學校軍訓教官終身學習阻礙因素方面屬中等程度,其中以情境性阻礙最高,機構性阻礙最低。
    三、不同背景變項之高級中等學校軍訓教官,其終身學習參與動機僅在服務學校類型上有差異。
    四、不同背景變項之高級中等學校軍訓教官,其終身學習阻礙因素在教官年資、學歷上有差異。
    根據上述研究結論提出建議,以供教育行政主管機關(教育部
    軍訓處)、高級中等學校軍訓教官及後續研究者之參考。
    The purpose of this study is to explore the factors affecting senior high school military instructors’ motivation for and barriers to participation in lifelong learning activities. Survey research methodology was used for data collection. A stratified random sample of 528 out of the overall 2642 senior high school military instructors nationwide responded to the survey, and 523 responses were received, 518 responses of which were valid. The quantitative data was analyzed with SPSS/12.0 version. Statistical comparisons were made by t-test, mean, standard deviation, and one-way ANOVA. Findings of the study were as follows:
    1.Most of the senior high school military instructors reported a medium level of motivation in participating in lifelong learning activities.
    2.Most of the senior high school military instructors’ perceived a medium level of barriers to participation in lifelong learning activities.
    3.There were significant differences among senior high school military instructors in their motivation for participation in lifelong learning activities based on the type of school they work for.
    4.There were significant differences among senior high school military instructors in their barriers to participation in lifelong learning activities based on seniority and education.
    Finally, suggestions based on the above research findings were presented for education authorities, senior high school military instructors and future researchers.
