本研究旨在瞭解當前我國師資培育學生對其生涯關注之情形,並探討影響師資培育學生生涯關注事項的相關背景因素。研究者自編「師培生生涯關注及其相關因素問卷」,針對我國3所擁有師資培育學程之大學,合計402名師資培育學生進行調查,獲得以下研究結論: 一、師資培育學生對於生涯相關事項有高度關切;其中以個人目標實現層面的關注程度最高,而以社會奉獻成就層面的關注程度最低。 二、師資培育學生生涯關注程度最高的事項為自我發展以及家庭照顧。 三、師資培育學生生涯關注程度較低的事項為對社會的影響與學歷的取得。 四、女性的師資培育學生在專業知能、就業機會、家庭責任三個層面中的關注程度顯著高於男性的師資培育學生。 五、大二與大三的師資培育學生在家庭責任、個人潛能兩個層面中的關注程度高於大四及研究所的師資培育學生。 六、師資培育學生的生涯關注事項,因學校不同而有顯著差異;亦因修讀學程的不同而有顯著差異。 七、師資培育學生的生涯關注事項,不因就讀科系、居住地、母親教育程度、母親職業的不同而有所差異。 八、師資培育學生的生涯關注之相關因素以性別、就讀學校和修讀學程為主。 依據上述研究結論,研究提出若干建議供教育主管機關、師資培育學生及後續研究者參考。 This study aims to investigate the career concerns of students in programs of teacher education in Taiwan and to explore the related factors influencing students’ career concerns. A questionnaire survey is applied by administering the “Career Concerns of students in Programs of Teacher Education Questionnaire” which is designed by the researcher. Subjects of the survey are students who have been taking the program of teacher education in three universities. There are 402 students participating in this research. Findings of this study are as follows: 1.Students in programs of teacher education have high level of concerns about their career. 2.Students have the highest level of concerns about the achievements of the personal goals; and the lowest level of concerns about the dedication to the society. 3.The individual items received students’ highest level of concerns are the self development and the care of the family. 4.The individual items received students’ lowest level of concerns are the influence on the society and the owner of academic diploma. 5.The female students have significantly higher level of concerns about the specialized knowledge, the opportunities of the occupations, and the responsibility for the family than those of male students. 6.The sophomores and the juniors have significantly higher level of concerns about the responsibility for the family, and the personal potential than those of seniors and graduate students. 7.There is a significant difference in the level of career concerns by the three universities. 8.Students who take the different educational courses show significant difference in itmes of career concerns. 9.There is no significant difference in students’ career concerns among the academic apecializations, among the residence students lived, among the levels of their mothers’ education, and among the jobs of their mothers. 10.The factors mainly affect students’ career concerns are gender, the university they study, and the educational course they take. Based on findings mentioned above, this study proposes some suggestions for educational administrative authorities, students in programs of teacher education, as well as for further studies.
