依據上述結論,本研究提出若干建議,以供教育行政機關、獲得補助之學校以及未來後續研究者之參考。 The purpose of this study was to understand strategies of school management for senior high schools to implement the program of quality school.Subjects were 20 sinior high schools randomly selected from 61 senior high schools in Taiwan, and the method of content analysis was adopted to analyze action plans prepared by those schools to realize the goal of the program. By categorizing the content of all action plans of the sample schools, some findings of the analysis were as follows: 1. Most of the quality schools were medium size. 2. The quality schools mostly adopted appropriate guidelines and the e-manage system; and there were no significant differences in this situation by background variables of those senior high schools such as the scale of the schools, the convenience of the transport and the discrepancies in enrollment rate trend that the parents almost choose the schools located near the houses. 3. The quality schools encouraged their teachers to pursue further professional development so as to strengthen the effectiveness of teaching; and there were no significant differences in this situation by background variables of those senior high schools. 4. The quality schools devoted to improve the multi-learning performance of students, and to promote the cooperation between schools; and there were no significant differences in this situation by background variables of those senior high schools. 5. The quality schools adopted diversified curriculum and also pay much attention on education of the disadvantaged students; and there were no significant differences in this situation by background variables of those senior high schools. 6. Since the Quality School Program provided scholarship for recruitment, the school enrollment rate were promoted; and there were no significant differences in this situation by background variables of those senior high schools. 7. The quality schools made efforts to link up the resources from communities'' and parents'' in order to enhance their support for the school: and there were no significant differences in this situation by background variables of those senior high schools. 8. The quality schools actively contributed to characteristic school innovation.
Based on conclusions mentioned above, this study proposed some suggestions for educational administrative authorities, quality schools, and future researchers.
