    摘要: 本研究探討國民小學處室主任角色知覺、權力意識與領導行為之關係,主要研究目的為:(一)瞭解國民小學處室主任角色知覺、權力意識與領導行為的現況;(二)分析不同背景變項的主任在角色知覺、權力意識與領導行為的差異情形;(三)探究角色知覺、權力意識與領導行為的相關情形;(四)根據研究發現,對國民小學處室主任及教育行政機關提供行政運作之建議,期能提升國民小學主任領導行為效能。
    本研究以基隆市公立國民小學處室主任為調查對象,採取普查方式選取國民小學處室主任 119人,並以自編之「權力意識量表」以及改編修訂之「角色知覺量表」與「領導行為量表」為研究工具,進行問卷調查。根據研究對象所填答資料,以描述性統計、t 考驗、單因子變異數分析、皮爾遜積差相關、逐步多元迴歸及階層迴歸等統計方法加以分析。
    根據研究結果之分析,歸納本研究之主要發現如下:
    一、國民小學處室主任普遍認同自身的多元角色,其中以「溝通協調者」之角色認同最高。
    二、任教年資不同之國民小學處室主任在角色知覺有顯著差異。
    三、國民小學處室主任對於權力意識的覺察度頗高,其中以「澹泊明志」傾向的覺察度最高。
    四、國民小學處室主任之權力意識因「教育程度」、「任教年資」、「擔任主任年資」與「學校規模」等背景變項不同而有顯著差異。
    五、國民小學處室主任對於領導行為的認同度頗高,其中以「關懷」的認同度最高。
    六、國民小學處室主任之領導行為因「年齡」、「任教年資」與「擔任主任年資」等背景變項不同而有顯著差異。
    七、國民小學處室主任之角色知覺、權力意識與領導行為三者均具顯著正相關。
    八、在國民小學處室主任之角色知覺與領導行為的關係中,權力意識具有中介效果。
    This research explored the relationship among the role perception, power consciousness and leadership behaviors of Section-Directors of Elementary schools in Keelung city. The purposes of this research were: 1. to understand the current situation of the role perception, power consciousness and leadership behaviors of section-directors of elementary schools; 2.to analyze differences among section- directors in their role perception, power consciousness and leadership behaviors. 3.to explore the correlations among the role perception, power consciousness and leadership behaviors. 4. to provide suggestions for the section-directors and the institutions of educational administration to enhance the efficiency of leadership in elmentary school.
    Subjects of this study were 119 section-directors of public elementary schools in Keelung City. Data were collected by a questionnaire survey. The researcher composed the “Power Consciousness Scale” and modified the “Role Perception Scale” and “Leadership Behavioral Scale” as survey instruments. Data collected were statistically analyzed by using descriptive statistics, t-test, one-way ANOVA, Pearson product-moment correlation, stepwise multiple regression analysis and hierarchical regression analysis.
    According to results of questionnaire survey, the main findings of this research were as follows:
    1. Generally speaking, most of section-directors identify their own multiple roles. Among others, the role of ‘communicator’ was the most highly identified.
    2. The directorial seniority of section directors showed a significant difference in their role perception.
    3. The section-directors in this research showed relatively high awareness of their power consciousness. The perception of ‘taking fame lightly to achieve clear vision’.
    4. The power consciousness of section-directors demonstrated a significant difference in the background factors, such as educational degrees, the duration of teaching experience, directorial seniority of section directors and the sizes of the schools.
    5. The section-directors showed a high degree of identification with the leadership behaviors, especially in terms of ‘care’.
    6. The factor of leadership behavior showed a significant difference in the background factors, such as age, the duration of teaching experience, and directorial seniority of section-directors.
    7. The role perception, power consciousness and the leadership behaviors appeared to be positively correlated with each other.
    8. The power consciousness had a mediating effect on role perception and leadership behaviors.
