    Abstract: 根據研究主題,本研究之主要目的有三:一、探討個案學校進行創新經營的背景因素;二、分析個案學校創新經營策略的作法;三、根據結論提出建議以供個案學校校務經營之參考。
    為達成以上之研究目的,本研究兼採文件與文獻分析法與訪談法,以使研究結果更加完善。首先,透過文件與文獻資料的蒐集,針對學校創新經營之意涵、相關理論與研究、私立高級職業學校創新經營策略及困境進行探討,接著再進行訪談,訪談對象為學校校長及一、二級主管、教師。最後,本研究綜合文件與文獻分析法與訪談法所得之資料,獲得結論與建議歸納如下:
    一、就組織變革方面,以精簡人事為主,造成教職員工沉重負擔,有良好的行政組織才能提供給教師最佳的行政支援與服務。
    二、就課程創新教學方面,重視教師專業評鑑,強調教師專業素養與能力,可依學生不同程度來實施教學,開發學習興趣及其潛能,促使學生自我實現與理想。
    三、就校園營造方面,善用天然資源,創造最舒適的活動空間,確保校園的安全,建置、規劃校園自然環境地圖的全貌。
    四、就教學設備之充實方面,爭取資源挹注,更新老舊的設施,獲得來自社區資源與家長的經費支援,達到學校社區化的理想。
    五、就招生策略方面,開辦升學保證班,創造特色與建立新形象,積極提高教學與服務的品質。
    The purposes of this study are to inquire the innovative strategies in management of private vocational high schools, to analyze the strategies of case school and to propose new strategies through case studies to help similar schools work more efficient.
    We used document analysis method and interviews to do this research. First, we collected all the references regarding innovative school management and discussed about the meaning of innovative school management and the difficulties of schools. Second, we interviewed the principal, directors and teachers. Finally, we combined all the data and had conclusions as follow:
    1. Regarding organization reform, personnel downsizing increases the burden of staff. It’s better for schools to have a well administrative organization to provide the best support and services to teachers.
    2. Regarding curriculum innovation on instruction, schools should emphasis on teachers’ professional evaluation, professional literature and abilities. Teachers should educate without discrimination, help students develop their potential abilities and push them realize their dreams.
    3. Regarding campus construction, schools should use the natural resources to create comfortable spaces, keep campus safe and develop the natural environment map of their own campus.
    4. Regarding enriching teaching equipments, schools should strive for more resources from communities and parents to replace old buildings to reach the goal of community high schools.
    5. Regarding strategies on students recruitment, schools should set assurance classes,create features and new image to improve their quality.
