    Abstract: 本研究旨在探討推行十二年國民教育後公立高中如何定位及未來可能採行之入學方式,了解世界主要國家義務教育實施現況後,作為我國實施十二年國民教育之借鏡。
    本研究採用半結構式的訪談與問卷調查法,根據相關文獻擬定訪談大綱,再以訪談之結果編製「規劃推動十二年國教公立高中定位及入學方式調查問卷」。訪談對象為了解本研究相關議題之四位專家學者與二位公立高中校長,共六位受訪者;問卷以普查方式針對十五個招生區中各公立高中校長共發放182份,回收有效樣本131份。資料處理部分以SPSS統計套裝軟體進行資料的統計及分析,採用描述統計、t檢定及單因子變異數分析等方法進行統計。根據研究結果,所獲得結論為:
    一、現行高中定位及入學方式仍需進行調整。
    二、推行十二年國教後應尊重公立高中自我定位。
    三、推行十二年國教後明星高中仍有存在必要。
    四、免試入學之相關配套未臻完善。
    五、推行十二年國教後之分流與否始終無法定論。
    六、推行十二年國教後入學方式之學區問題仍未建立共識。
    七、推行十二年國教政策定義不清。
    以本研究所獲結論,針對教育主管機關及各公立高中提出各項建議,供教育主管機關、公立高中及未來研究之參考其建議為:
    一、十二年國教政策應考量整體規劃。
    二、重視各方意見。
    三、配合社會變遷情形修正政策方向。
    四、政府應加強教育投資。
    五、發展公立高中自我特色。
    六、重視學生未來學習發展。
    The study is discussing senior high schools'' perception and the entrance program after promoting Twelve-Year Basic Education. After knowing the mandatory educations of the main countries in the world, it could be useful for our country.
    According to the research aim, this study uses semi-structure interviews and questionnaire. Use the interview results to edit the “Promoting Twelve-Year Basic Education to the High School Perception”. There are six participants, four experts and two principals of the high schools. The grand total provides 181 questionnaire, recycling effective questionnaire 131.According to the results of the research, seven conclusions were made:
    1. School Perception and Entrance Program have to be adjusted.
    2. The High School Perception should be respected after the promotion Twelve-Year Basic Education.
    3. The Elite High Schools should exist after promoting Twelve-Year Basic Education.
    4. Supporting policies without examination is not mature.
    5. No conclusion in distribute or not after promoting Twelve-Year Basic Education.
    6. No common consensus in Entrance Program after Promoting Twelve-Year Basic Education.
    7. The definition of Promoting Twelve-Year Basic Education is unclear.
    Based on the results of the present study, here are some suggestions for the administration officials of the education, the high school and the following research.
    1. Twelve-Year Basic Education policies should consider the entire plan.
    2. Respect the opinions from the others.
    3. Adjust the policy directions into the changes of society.
    4. The government should enhance the investment of education.
    5. Develop the characteristics of High School.
    6. Value the future learning developments of the students.
