    Title: 臺北縣私立幼稚園創新經營與家長選校影響因素相關之研究

    Abstract: 本研究以臺北縣板橋市、中和市、林口鄉、八里鄉為範圍,研究臺北縣私立幼稚園創新經營的現況、家長選校影響因素的考量程度、以及兩者之相關性,提供教育主管機關、幼教工作者和家長之參考。本研究採問卷調查法進行研究,主要工具為「臺北縣私立幼稚園創新經營與家長選校影響因素調查問卷」。問卷調查以板橋市、中和市、林口鄉、八里鄉共5所私立幼稚園家長為研究對象,問卷樣本共400人,回收後以描述性統計分析、信度分析、t 考驗、單因子變異數分析、Pearson積差相關進行資料分析。茲依分析結果歸納結論如下:
    一、 臺北縣私立幼稚園整體創新經營仍有待加強
    二、 家長選校時首要及次要影響因素為「師資」與「幼兒感受」
    三、 不同地區之私立幼稚園創新經營情形沒有明顯不同
    四、 不同地區之私立幼稚園家長在「便捷性」、「價格」、「課程」和「資訊」層面考量程度有明顯差異
    五、 不同教育背景之私立幼稚園家長在「便捷性」、「價格」、「課程」和「環境」層面有不同考量
    六、 不同職業私立幼稚園家長在選校影響因素中僅「課程」有明顯不同
    七、 創新經營與家長選校影響因素有明顯關聯
    根據上述研究結論,提出下列建議以供教育主管機關、幼教工作者和家長之參考:
    壹、對教育主管機關的建議
    一、 主動輔導園所,監督創新經營績效
    二、 加強查核幼教師資格,提升幼教師專業發展
    三、 協助家長了解幼教內涵,扶助弱勢族群
    貳、對幼教工作者的建議
    一、 積極發展私立幼稚園創新經營
    二、 注重師生需求,重視人力資源
    三、 滿足不同背景家長之教育需求
    叁、對幼稚園家長的建議
    一、 以幼兒需求為首要考量,培養家長選校能力
    二、 積極了解園所教育,達到相互成長
    The purposes of this study were to investigate the status-quo of the innovation management of private kindergarten and the factors influencing parents when choosing kindergarten in Taipei County. Parents of private kindergarten in the district of Banchao City, Chunghe City, Linkuo township, Bali Township, Taipei County were selected as subjects for the survey. A questionnaire was made and administered to 400 educators of those elementary schools. Data of the questionnaires survey was analyzed by using descriptive statistics, t test, one-way ANOVA and Pearson’s product-moment correlation analysis.
    It is f Based on findings of this study, conclusions were derived as follows:
    1. The status-quo of the innovation management of private kindergarten was needed to be improved..
    2. The first and second important factors influencing parents when choosing kindergarten were “teacher qualification” and “cihldren’s feeling”.
    3. There was a slight difference among the data of innovation management of private kindergarten from the parents who live in different places.
    4. The private kindergarten parents who live in different places had different concern in the aspects of “traffic convenience”, “Price”, “Class” and “environment” .
    5. The private kindergarten parents with different jobs had different concern in the aspects of “Class”.
    6. The innovation management of private kindergarten were co-related with the factors influencing parents when choosing kindergarten.
    Therefore the following suggestions were proposed:
    I.For educational administration
    1. Take the initiative to guide the kindergartens and supervise the achievements of innovation management;
    2.Work on the inspect of qualification of kindergarten teachers and improve the professional ability of kindergarten teachers;
    3.Assist the parents in understanding the kindergarten education and help the minority groups;
    II.For educators of kindergarten
    1.Develpe the innovation management of private kindergarten positively;
    2. Place importance on the demand of teachers and students;
    3.Satify the educational needs of parents with different background;
    III.For parents of kindergarten
    1.Make the children’s need the first consideration; and build the parents’ ability of choosing school; and
    2.Positively understand the kinderdaten education and achieve the mutual improvement.
