Abstract:	本研究旨在探討諮商員親職化角色經驗、共依附導向人際自我與晤談自我三者之關係，以114名諮商所在學的諮商員為對象。本研究採用問卷調查法進行資料蒐集，所使用的研究工具包括（一）基本資料調查表、（二）親職化角色經驗量表、（三）諮商員共依附導向人際自我量表、（四）諮商員晤談自我量表。經過描述性統計、t檢定、單因子變異數分析、皮爾森積差相關，以及多元迴歸等統計方法進行分析處理，主要結果發現：一、諮商員親職化角色經驗程度中等；諮商員共依附導向人際自我偏低；諮商員晤談自我程度中上。二、排行老大的諮商員在「同步情緒感受」、「認同照顧者角色」上得分最高。三、諮商員接案年資越高，與個案晤談過程中「理性機敏」的程度越高。四、諮商員親職化角色經驗與共依附導向人際自我之正相關反映出華人之親子共合。諮商員親職化角色經驗整體與共依附導向人際自我之「認同照顧者角色」最具相關性；親職化角色經驗之「不公平性」與共依附導向人際自我整體最具相關性。五、諮商員親職化角色經驗對晤談自我具預測力，反映出孝道文化之影響力。六、諮商員共依附導向人際自我對晤談自我具預測力，反映出華人關係自我之影響力。根據此結果，本研究提出對諮商輔導人員以及未來研究方向建議。 The purpose of this study was to investigate the relations among parentified experience,codependency-oriented interpersonal self,and counseling self in counselors. This study selected 114 counselor trainees as subjects. The instruments of this study include parentification scale,codependency scale,and counselor self-cognition inventory. After collected sufficient samples, the gathered data were analyzed by several statistical procedures, such as frequency distribution, t-tesst, one-way ANOVA, pearson product-moment correlation, and multiple regression.To conclude the results, the major findings were as follows: 1.The score of parentified experience among counselors is equal to the average. The score of codependency-oriented interpersonal self is lower than the average. The score of counseling self is higher than the average. 2.First-born counselors get highest scores at “synchronized feeling” and “identified caretaking activities” fields than other counselors. 3.Relationship between serving years of counselors and the “rational and resourceful” subscale of the counseling self had significant positive correlation. 4.Relationship between the parentified experience and the codependency-oriented interpersonal self had significant positive correlation. 5.The parentified experience can effectively predict the counseling self. 6.The codependency-oriented interpersonal self can effectively predict the counseling self. Based on the above results, discussions and suggestions regarding to this research for the counselors, and future researches are proposed in this study.
