    Abstract: 近代戰爭史中,太空信息的發揮,幾乎成為戰爭致勝的關鍵,在沒有太空優勢的情況下,是不可能獲得最後勝利的。同時太空力量屬技術性極高的武裝力量,現代戰爭是藉由科技裝備進行的,國家「制天權」的能力,亦是該國政治、軍事、經濟、科技能力、國民素質等綜合國力的展現。
     In the history of modern battle, aerospace information development practically dominates in a war. Ultimate victory cannot be achived without aeroapce advantage. National “space control” power, requiring emtremely high-technology armed capibilty needed in modern operation, becomes the exhibition of integrated national powers, such as politics, military, economy, technology, civilization, etc.
      In the Second Pertisan War, union troops effectively united the services and promptly reached decisive victory by largely applying the integration of satellite technology and information network, enhancing the transparency in battlefield which in turn augmented operation efficiency to achive striking accuracy. Critics all around the world, after the first Persian War, have predicted the future operation as a model with high-technology equipment and inovative strategy, tactics, and fighting concepts, and as a integrated battle involving space, sky, ground, sea, information, electromagn, etc.
      Mordern battle is certainly the development of surpirior integrated forces; the hinge of a battle relys on troop quality. In a consistenet number, there is a high correlation between troop quality and integrated forces. China has been accelerating the military modernization to boost up forces, and actively involved in establishment of aviation capibilty and technology weapons with the intention to active particial advantage. The strategy of“Asmmytry”and “defeating the strong with the weak”China highly focuses on might become development actuation of future military strategy, statics, and weaponry.
    With analysis of China’s troop deployment and submarine capability development, aerospace is deeply related to the security of Taiwan. Thus, it is extremely critical to explore its aerospace strategy and actual development. Since developing, aerospace has been playing a variety of roles in a battlefield and taken on absolute advantage of striking accuracy capability with the advance of technonly which can swiftly be the dominance in a battle. Aerospace, undoubtedly importance through solid evadance in modern battle, is a primary reason of China’s constant force expansion; therefore, this study is designed to discuss the impact elements in PRC’S aerospace development, the achievement of aerospace system and its current development, and East-Asia security.
