研究發現,中國電視劇由台灣電視台引進播出後,除了電視電影受到台灣電視台的青睞之外,重新將中國電視劇進行配音,是具有「全球在地化」的特殊現象。本研究主要目的在探討中國電視劇的政策規範與市場交易,並藉由台灣電視台播出的中國電視劇的數量與題材,探討目前台灣新聞局所制定規範中國電視劇播出的政策,以便更全面性地瞭解中國電視劇產業發展與中國電視劇外銷到台灣的現況。 Since 2003, China’s annual production of TV drama has exceeded 10 thousand sets. TV drama in the whole China is the rated power country and also could be the producing country. After 2004, the TV market has become matured gradually.
The rise of the China TV drama industry; from the statistics of the China SARFT published annually we can find out the scale of development and current status. Besides, the rapid development of China TV industry will contribute to the positive construction of Film and TV industry.
When the China TV drama production is completed, entering the TV market dealing of the copyright trading, China TV drama has formed a cultural product, flowing into the TV trading market. Under the influence of the strategy policy, “Going Out” promoted by the PRC, the China TV drama walked out to the overseas markets. Under the tide of globalization, China TV drama exporting to overseas markets will face the issue of the “Glocalization”.
Before the China TV drama aired in Taiwan, they need to be previewed by the Taiwan Government Information Office. The preview regulations of the Taiwan Government Information Office often made the type and the story topics of the China TV drama broadcasting in Taiwan suffer the standard.
The study found that after the introduction of China TV drama broadcasting in Taiwan, except that the television series and movies are popular in Taiwan television station, the re-dubbing of the China TV drama is a “Glocalization” of the particular phenomenon.
The main purpose of this study is to explore the China TV drama on the policies and market transactions. By the amount and the subject matter of the China TV drama broadcasting in Taiwan, explore how the Taiwan Government Information Office regulates the broadcasting topics as well as other relevant policies subject of the China TV drama. In this way, we can possess more comprehensive understanding of the development of the China TV drama and the current status of the selling out to the Taiwan market.
