    Title: 中國大陸配偶子女教育問題研究 : 以臺北縣中和市復興國小為例

    Abstract: 本文主要關注於外籍配偶中的中國大陸配偶,研究者主要利用與陸籍配偶及任課老師的深入訪談所獲得之資料,加上對陸籍配偶子女所做的問卷,來探討其家庭狀況及生活適應問題。主要希望了解復興國小陸籍配偶的現況;復興國小陸籍配偶子女在校之教育問題;復興國小陸籍配偶子女現況,以及復興國小陸籍配偶子女在校現況。
    本文期望以第一手之訪談資料以及學生成績等,反映陸籍配偶子女之教育問題,在經過訪談與資料整理後,得到以下結論:
    一、陸籍配偶子女的家庭環境
    (一)父母年齡差距不大
    (二)父母婚姻關係大致良好
    (三)陸籍配偶的學歷高
    (四)親子互動關係大致良好
    (五)陸籍配偶在家中負有教導子女之責任
    (六)良好的親子關係使子女正常發展
    二、陸籍配偶日常生活人際關係
    (一)陸籍配偶與先生之相處狀況大致良好
    (二)陸籍配偶於家中與公婆互動情形尚佳
    (三)陸籍配偶與鄰居互動關係良好
    (四)陸籍配偶在生活上較無使用到政府提供的免費課程
    三、陸籍配偶子女在學校的適應方面
    (ㄧ)陸籍配偶子女在各方面水平均較其他外籍配偶子女為高
    (二)陸籍配偶子女與台灣學生學習狀況相差不遠,甚至還有超越的跡象
    (三)陸籍配偶與其子女的互動能力佳,也大多與學校配合
    四、學校老師對陸籍配偶及其子女之觀點
    (一)陸籍配偶適應能力強
    (二)陸籍配偶子女學習能力受父母影響層面大
    (三)政府補助陸籍配偶子女應審慎評估
    此外本文因為所探討為教育問題,故只偏重於陸籍配偶子女之教育面,然而在陸籍配偶及其子女相關之議題上,尚有許多面向值得後續再研究,以期望能使陸配及其子女得到更好的生活環境品質。
    Of all the foreign spouses in Taiwan, this study focuses only on spouses from Mainland China. By interviewing these spouses and their children’s teachers in the school, and surveying children from these families, information is collected about those children’s family conditions and life adjustment issues. This study presents the current status of spouses from Mainland China in Fusing Elementary School, their children’s education issues, their children’s current situation, and their children’s circumstances in the school.

    The purpose of this study is to reflect the status of education for the children in families where one spouse is from Mainland China. After interviewing, surveying, and analyzing data such as students’ grades, the conclusions are as below:
    1. Family
    a. There is not much difference in age of their parents
    b. Marital relations are good
    c. Spouses from Mainland China have certain level of education
    d. Parent – child relationship is good
    e. Spouses from Mainland China are responsible for educating their children
    f. Children have normal development under good parent–child relationship
    2. Life and interpersonal relationships of spouses from Mainland China
    a. Relationship with their husbands is good
    b. Relationship with their parents-in-law is okay
    c. Interaction with neighbors is good
    d. Not many of them take the free courses the government provides
    3. Children of spouses from Mainland China in the school
    a. Their performance is better than children of other foreign spouses
    b. Their performance is about the same as Taiwanese students; sometimes even better
    c. Spouses from Mainland China have good interaction with their children and they cooperate well with the school
    4. From the teachers
    a. Spouses from Mainland China adapt very well
    b. Their children’s learning ability is greatly influenced by parents
    c. The subsidy from the government for children of spouses from Mainland China should be carefully examined

    This study focuses on the education of the children of spouses from Mainland China; however, there are more issues to be studied for the same group. It is hoped that spouses from Mainland China and their children will obtain a better quality of living in Taiwan.
