本論文主要論述前日本首相小泉純一郎運用媒體之策略,並以二○○五年日本眾議院選舉時小泉之媒體政治為例。換言之,本論文係以小泉之傳播媒體策略為研究中心,藉由二○○五年之眾議院選舉,與二○○三、二○○四年作比較,最後以傳播媒體策略之相關內涵為標準,來比較從日本小泉氏與台灣陳水扁之媒體策略,尋找其特徵與異同。 論文先以「電視政治」為分析核心,進而把「電視政治」分為三個時期作探討。從而引導出小泉上台後之各種媒體策略並加以作分析。此外,並以上述理輪為基礎,分別以量化與質化方式分析小泉之「電視政治」,在二○○三至二○○五年日本國會選舉時之運作效果。 隨著大眾媒體之普及化,媒體已成為台灣人獲知政治事物之主要來源,故本論文亦特別就台灣近代媒體環境分為前後期作論述,進而導出台灣「電視政治」之代表〜陳水扁之媒體策略。 最後,本論文以媒體運作方式、政治議題設定,以及選舉之成效與否,三個面向來分析陳水扁與小泉運用媒體策略之特徵,並進一步比較雙方之異同;以期待對台灣政治發展過程,有所借鏡或參酌引用,來促成政治之進步。 This research mainly discusses the former Japanese Prime Minister Junichiro Koizumi used the media strategy and taking 2005 Koizumi of Japan''s House of Representatives elections media politics for example. In other words, this research takes Koizumi''s strategy of media as center. Through 2005 the House of Representatives election, compare with 2003 and 2004 the media strategy. In the end, content of the standards related to compare Koizumi from Japan and Taiwan''s Chen Shui-bian of the media strategy to find similarities and differences sides.First, “Tele-Politics" is an analysis of the core in the research, then the " Tele-Politics " is divided into three parts for study. Koizumi got power in order to guide the strategies of various media and to analyze them. In addition, depend on the theory use both quantitative and qualitative analysis of Koizumi''s " Tele-Politics ", in 2003 to 2005, the operation when the Japanese parliamentary election results. Based on the popularity of mass media, the media informed the people of Taiwan have become the main source of political things. The research is specifically on the modern media environment in Taiwan is divided into pre and post for discussion, and then introduce Taiwan''s " Tele-Politics " of Chen Shui-bian of the media strategy.Finally, this research analyze Chen Shui-bian and Koizumi their distinguishing characteristics of using media strategies in three parts. The media operate, political agenda setting, and whether or not the election. Then compare the similarities and differences between the two sides; to look forward to Taiwan''s political development, to facilitate progress in politics.
