Besides taking measures to lay off employees and to decrease output, they must to take notice of staff training and the change of human resources. It’s the point that Japanese enterprises need to make use of staff’s talent for getting better efficiency and finally combine with enterprises’ ideas. The research of Panasonic and Toyota both keep an eye on human resources, so the most important things are staff training, changes of employees, making use of human resources, organization operation. In order to analyze this thesis, so focusing on human resources strategy. So, there are two ways need to know that how the enterprises to grow much more competitive by themselves. 1.The employees must understand fully the strategy and aims of the company.
