Abstract:	近年來，全球金融環境不斷地發生重大的變遷，包括金融結構的改變，銀行合併成為潮流，防火牆的撤除，推陳出新的金融商品等，使得貨幣銀行學所討論的內容更加多樣、豐富。為能趕上這些新的潮流，因此貨幣銀行學的教科書也需要有大幅度的轉變，賦予一個新的面貌及內涵。本書除了強調基礎理論，提供思考及分析的基礎架構，另外也重視實務經驗的傳承，提供和本書章節內容可收相輔相成之效的相關實例應用。我們盡量將最近台灣及國外的金融實務融入議題中，希望能夠增加本書的活潑性及閱讀性。
