Abstract:	本計畫擬將中間財市場引進Brander-Spencer (1985)的「第三國市場」模型中，並利用Cournot (1883) 所發展出來的共生生產的概念，重新探討最適出口補貼政策及最適出口退稅政策，並且評估各種利潤移轉效果的有效性。
