Abstract:	台灣在過去二十年來的經濟成長已經明顯地造成所得分配的不平均。究其原因，主要是由於技術變革(在幾個重要產業中生產力的成長)加速所致。在政府推動亞太營運中心計劃之後，這種情況可能愈加顯著。由於經濟體中所有的行為者之間存在相當複雜的關聯性，這種技術變革造成所得分配不均的現象最好是由一般均衡分析加以探討。在這個計劃中，我將建立一個具有要素生產力及所得分配等前瞻性特質的可計算一般均衡(Computable General Equilibrium, CGE)模型來進行研究。然後，以這個模型進行一連串的模擬分析，包括產業別總生產力改變，以及在技術偏差性成長、要素移動性、和政府預算平衡各種情境下對產業要素生產力進行改變，來了解它們對台灣的所得分配的影響。
