Abstract:	機構投資人在金融市場中，逐漸扮演著重要的角色。本文針對機構投資人的角色，探討公司治理與公司信用風險間之相關性。過去探討機構投資人都著重於股東監督制度，本研究以KMV 模型嚴謹地評估公司信用風險，並進一步分析不同的機構投資人與公司信用風險之相關性。本文預期機構投資人的持股比率越高，對公司的監督機制越高，公司信用風險越低。外資的持股比率為機構投資人中比重最大，故預期外資持股比率越高，公司信用風險越低，對於公司信用風險將產生一致性的結果。
