    Abstract: 本計畫旨在建構教科書評鑑的後設評鑑標準,並據以判斷當前國民中小學教科書評鑑的優缺點,做為改進教科書評鑑的參考。為達成上述目的,本計畫採用的主要研究方法包括文獻分析、德懷術和後設評鑑。研究的步驟:首先,經由文獻分析來建立本計劃的理性基礎;其次,透過德懷術的歷程來發展本計劃的教科書評鑑之後設評鑑標準;第三,對當前台灣教科書評鑑實施後設評鑑,並提出優點缺點和改進建議。本研究的結果將有助於改進台灣教科書評鑑的品質。 The purposes of this project are to develop standards for meta-evaluation of textbook evauation, and to evaluate the current evaluation of primary and secondary school textbooks. Three main methods, literature analysis, Delphi technique, and meta-evaluation, will be used in this project. Firstly, based on literature review, the rationale of the research will be established. Secondly, by the procedure of Delphi technique, the standards for meta-evaluation of textbook evaluation will be developed. Thirdly, a meta-evaluation of the current textbook evaluation, judging its merits and deficiencies, will be implemented。This research outcomes will be contributed to improve the quality of textbook evaluation.
