    Abstract: 通訊產業競爭日趨激烈,不論在固網或者行動網路業者正面臨新考驗,因此有 效掌握用戶的需求,並提供新的加值服務以創造營收,莫不成為國內外固網與行動 網路業者積極努力的方向,Femtocell 是排列在3G Macro Cell 與Pico Cell 之下的毫 微微蜂巢式基地台。起初由於互通無障礙與不斷訊兩個條件為FMC 成敗的關鍵因 素,Femtocell 基本上是一種建立在IP 技術上的存取技術,利用行動核心網路的整 合性解決方案,透過核心網路的封包交換來傳輸語音等即時服務。一般而言可以透 過Ethernet、寬頻或ATM 的IP 或SIP 模式存取核心網路。 本研究計畫希望延續前一年執行 『IP 多媒體系統(IMS)的 S-CSCF 與S-CSCF 訊號流驗證與測試』計畫的研究成果,接續進行以Femtocell IMS 為基礎的網內 P-CSCF、I-CSCF 及S-CSCF 中的Mw介面訊號流及網外P-CSCF、I-CSCF 及S-CSCF 中的Mm 介面訊號流的各項驗證與測試,這些驗證與測試將在前一年架設的Open IMS 伺服器及Femtocell BS 模組架設的平台上進行TTCN3 來開發測試模組測試。 本研究計畫並會針對UE 使用者端到Core Network IMS 介面中的三種傳輸架 構:ISP 網路的Iu-b over IP Based、Node-B 的UMA enable Iu over IP ( RAN Gateway ) Based 及SIP/IMS Based,分別對這三種架構進行差異分析及優缺點探討。最後將 研究成果在Open IMS 及電信國家型計畫 (NTP) IMS 整合實驗平台上建置及測試。 The Femtocell system is a base station under the 3G Macro Cell and Pico Cell. FMC has successfully key technology with interoperability and breaking. Femtocell is one of solutions about the key technologies. Basically, Femtocell is an access technology base IP protocol and core network of telecommunication system to support real-time voice service by packet switch. Generally speaking, access network by Ethernet, ATM over IP or SIP etc. In this research, we extend the result from former project about the testing with signal flow between S-CSCF and S-CSCF, which IMS initial both users and ISP. We continue to test Mw interface and Mm interface base on Femtocell IMS. This research, Moreover, will testing three kinds of Femtocell IMS standard, Iu-b over IP Based of ISP, UMA enable Iu over IP ( RAN Gateway ) Based of Node-B and SIP/IMS Based. Finally, we will cooperate to Industrial Technology Research Institute of Taiwan. The ITRI has a couple of experiences with telecom. Therefore, in this research can do double check testing in different kind’s platform.
