The research is trying to investigate the current situation about the learning in Department of Information and Library Science by blind students in Tam-Kang University. Due to the rapid Sci-Tech development of modern generation, Library and information Scholars promote students derive information from multiple channels. The information includes not only large quantity of words, but also pictures and images. However, most of the pictorial information for blind student was transformed into vocal message or Braille that excluded lots of information provided by pictures only. The deficiency could limit the possibility of the blind students’ learning. The present research mainly interviewed 31 subjects in Tam-Kang University, including 1 blind student, 10 teachers of blind student, 20 classmates of blind student. The results hope to improve the leaning and teaching of blind in Department of Information and library Science.
