    Abstract: 近年來,隨著日本、歐洲、中國大陸等鐵路大國先後投入智慧運輸系統(Intelligent Transportation Systems, ITS)與軌道運輸的相關研發工作,促使軌道運輸也邁向的智慧化的歷程,而我國目前正積極推動捷運、高鐵、輕軌等相關軌道建設工作,而研擬出適合於本土特性之智慧型軌道運輸系統推展計畫,為我國未來軌道運輸必經的路程。 智慧軌道運輸系統乃是透過種種先進技術,使得軌道營運、控制與管理方面都有大幅的改造與升級,尤其是新一代速度、間隔控制的列車控制系統更是重大的突破,這種有別於以往的固定自動閉塞行車制之移動閉塞系統,在理論上具有更準確的控制、更安全的運行、更高的行車密度等特性,其充分利用軌道資源,提高整體路線運行效率的優點將逐漸成為未來軌道運輸行車控制系統的主流,如歐洲的ETCS。 本研究將深入探討模糊派翠網路應用於原理,比較其與傳統列車控制之不同,並建構出適用於移動自動閉塞之完整行車架構與列車運行模式,然後利用電腦模擬的方式實際模擬出真實的行車環境,模擬程式中將包含車站數量、分布、路線結構、列車種類、數量、運行計畫、等與有別於固定閉塞之行車動力方程式、相關行車參數、規則,以驗證其移動自動閉塞行車制是否確實優於傳統列車行車制,最後則以我國第一個採用移動自動閉塞行車制的臺北捷運內湖線為實證分析案例。 Recently European Union, Japan and China have deployed ITS-based railway operation and management systems, especially under moving automatic block system (MAS). It is necessary for Taiwan to start MAS-related studies considering four railway systems including TRA, MRT, HSR and LRT in the future. Theoretically, MAS has the characteristics of more precise control, safer operation, high density of moving trains. The advantages of MAS which fully explore railway resources and improve operation efficiency are confirmed by current running projects, such as ETCS. This research aims at developing a train operation simulation model under MAS by using Fuzzy Petri Nets. First, various MAS-related literatures are reviewed and Fuzzy Petri-Nets is chosen as core method to construct train control mechanism. Then simulation programs including train movement, passenger on-off, station operation are created by using appropriate software and programming languages. The first MAS-based mass rapid transit used by Taipei Nei-Hu line will be the empirical study I this research.
