無形資產為企業內相當重要的一項資產，過去的研究指出不完善的知識管理是導 致企業失敗的主要原因之一，然而許多營建企業並未適當地管理公司內的無形資產。 由於知識管理為企業成功的重要關鍵，因此為了要瞭解知識管理所能帶來的好處，有 必要進一步從事知識管理效益的量化研究。本研究主要目標為調查台灣營建業進行知 識管理的現況，以及知識管理對於企業績效的影響，為了深入探索此項主題，本研究 將根據知識管理的理論來建立知識管理的評估模式，並將以統計分析的方式探討進行 知識管理與企業績效的相關性，以及討論如何決定影響企業績效之關鍵知識管理活 動。此外，研究中另將發展一套企業知識管理評估系統，以供營建業公司衡量其知識 管理執行的狀況，並提供其作為知識管理的指導方針。 Intangible asset is one of the most valuable assets of any enterprise. Prior studies indicated that poor knowledge management is one of the leading causes of business failure. However, many firms in the construction industry do not adequately manage their intangible asset. Knowledge management is critical to the success of any enterprise. In order to understand the benefits, there is a need for quantification of the benefits derived from knowledge management. The primary objective of this proposed research is to investigate the levels of knowledge management in the Taiwanese construction industry and their impacts on business performance. In order to explore this, a knowledge management assessment model will be developed based on knowledge management theory. The relationships between knowledge management and business performance will be also investigated with statistical analyses. In addition, key knowledge management activities will be identified. Finally, an enterprise knowledge management evaluation system will be developed to assess the levels of knowledge management in a firm and provide guidance on implementing knowledge management. 表
