Abstract:	奠基在前一年的基礎上，本研究在第一期已將婦女新知基金會累積二十五年以上的至今已出刊了二百八十六期《新知通訊》與五期女性主義思潮與運動討論的《騷動》季刊數位化。除了《新知通訊》與《騷動》為婦女新知基金會出版品外，另有 18 本出版品刊物，為議題倡導宣導性刊物，與法律說明刊物等，皆僅有紙本留存，共計18 本刊物，239 筆文章數。由於婦女新知基金會為非營利組織，未有充足經費打造一專業資料收藏室，多處資料在年代久遠和保存不易的環境之下，都有發黃蝕蛀的危機，亟需數位典藏其出版品刊物。 97 年度第一期之計畫因國科會審核案件公佈通過時間延後，原訂執行期為 97/03/01~98/07/31，延後開始時間為97/10/01~98/07/31，減少7 個月作業時間。考量評估後，第一期預計數位化之總量過多，資深婦運者口述歷史，於第一期執行部份後，決定著重保留當年參與者的豐富歷史記憶，以及嘗試捕捉納入不同的生命紀錄觀點，與顧問團隊討論過後，將口述歷史延伸至98 年度第二期擴大典藏。其餘第一期預定之數位化成果將於期限內完成。延伸至第二期執行之資深婦運者口述歷史部份，將接觸資深婦運工作者及研究者，例如對學者（成令方、劉毓秀、黃長玲等）、作者群（李元貞、鄭至慧、吳嘉麗等）及國內外婦運工作者（尤美女、蘇芊玲、簡扶育等）等20 位做深度訪談、口述歷史以及影音紀錄等，藉此並且培力新世代婦運人才：並且開辦口述歷史工作坊、志工培訓等座談會。除作一般性的資料蒐集外，並將相關資料製作成簡易教材，置入資料平台，提供教學及民眾使用，以擴大婦運資料庫之效益。 98 年度第二期計畫預計數位化婦女新知出版品18 本刊物，共計239 筆文章數；以及20 位資深婦運工作者，共計3600 分鐘的口述歷史影音資料。典藏內容包括婦女新知基金會出版品刊物與當前婦運工作者的口述歷史與生命經驗。彰顯如下四項目的與價值：系統性地典藏與記錄婦運各類數位資料、開放資料庫公民眾近用與促進對話、確保民間立場的歷史觀點以及培力新世代婦運人才。 Following the first phase of the project which aims to digitalize 286 “Awakening Newsletter” and 5 quarterly publications entitled “Stir”, the goal of the second phase is to digitalize the rest of publications which were used to address women’s issues and to empower women as it is not easy to have paper works well preserved and organized under the humid weather. Therefore, to have the rest of publications digitalized is of great urgency. Due to a delay of application result, the first phase of the project was started seven months late. It is predicted that the first phase of the project will be overloaded with work as a result of seven months in short. After the discussion, it is agreed and decided that oral history rich in personal experience and memory of women’s movements are not only supposed to be preserved, but also broadened and studied profoundly by bringing different women’s point of view into the second phase of the project while the oral history has been partly prosecuted in the first phase. The rest of tasks in the first phase will be accomplished on schedule. As for oral history of senior women activists, numerous women from different backgrounds such as scholars, writers, women activists will have been interviewed and recorded. Accompanying with the task of oral history, the researchers will recruit volunteers and host workshops which offer training courses to young generation interested in oral history. Furthermore, the researchers will continually collect information related to skills in oral history and then practice those skills in the project. To create and promote the beneficial result of the database of women’s movement, the researchers will also digitalize skill-related knowledge. The second phase of the project aims to gather video record of 60 hours based on senior women activists’ narrative history which adds to valuable materials to be digitalized. This project hence serves four goals: to transform women’s movement of historical material into digital archive, to build a women’s movement database which is more accessible to the public, to ensure grassroots viewpoint and interpretation on women’s movement and to empower young generation.
