In the optimum design of multiple configurations structure, it may be encountered many different type constraints. A general purpose program was developed to solve the optimum design problem with multiple configurations structure for static displacement, natural frequency, mode shape and harmonic response constraints in this paper. The sequential linear programming (SLP) with improved move limit was used to solve the above minimum weight problem Every configuration of the examples will be solved separately and simultaneously to demonstrate the capabilities and advantages of the program
