Abstract:	This paper is intended to present an ANI (Applicable, Natural, and Intelligent) system process, based on the intelligent human-computer interaction of the natural language query system of a database. This system is base on a conceptual graph's formalism, which expresses the knowledge from pragmatic perception. A mechanism comprises a chain of reasoning and the characteristics of the user in the query system. In addition, the goal and the constraints of the queries and the adequate alternatives methodology are also illustrated in this paper. It is believed that this innovative and processing approach in comparison with conventional prestructured query system are more applicable, natural, and intelligent to manipulate the DBMS for retriveng a precise information from a database.
