    Title: 自行乳化型水性環氧樹脂分散液之製法含此樹脂之單液型水性樹脂雙重硬化組合物及單液型水性混成樹脂硬化組成物

    Abstract: 本發明以二羧酸酐與環氧樹脂中之二級醇基進行半酯化反應,製備具有羧酸之環氧樹脂,再以三級胺中和羧酸,形成親水性之羧酸胺鹽,祇要抓水(無須外加乳化劑),即可成為陰離子自行乳化型水性環氧樹脂分散液。此種穩定之水性環氧樹脂含有羧基及環氧基,兩者均為具反應性之官能基。本發明係利用含有多元伸乙亞胺( polyaziridine)化合物當架橋劑加入此水性環氧樹脂分散液中,形成〝單液〞〝常溫〞〝交聯〞型水性環氧樹脂系統。當此單液型水性環氧樹脂在乾燥過程中,水性環氧樹脂所含之羧基會與伸乙亞胺進行開環反應形成胺基酯類(Amino ester),此胺基會進一步與此水性環氧樹脂之環氧基進行另一種開環交聯反應達成〝雙重交聯〞的效果。本發明提供含羧基和環氧樹脂一種新的雙重交聯硬化製程,此雙重硬化製程方可應用於水性環氧樹脂分散液與其他含羧基或環氧基水性樹脂所摻合成之混成樹脂,也經由相同之雙重交聯系統達到硬化混成樹脂的目的。
