    Abstract: 本文以黏彈理論和非線性數值分析方法探討盆地內土層之縮小和放大效應。艮據土層厚度、剪力波塑、阻尼比、土壤單位體積密度、剪力模數和剪應變等主要影響因子,本研究頗西「露頭放大因數」、「剛性基盤放大因數」和「彈性半空間基盤放大因數」之異同,比較「理論分析法」、「厚度權重法」、「規範法」和「等值線性數值法」所計算之地盤基本震動週期不同。最後,本文定義縮小和放大效應之輸入加速度門檻值與地盤基本震動週期之關係,並繪製各種地震強度下台北盆地之PGA震度微區圖,以作為耐震設計和地震防災之參考依據。
